What You’ll Do:
  • Support and demonstrate IMA’s core values
  • Value and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates
  • Essential job responsibilities:
  • Format, revise, design, and proof-read client-facing documents quickly, accurately, and efficiently by using various Microsoft Office and SharePoint-based programs
  • Print, bind, and laminate documents
  • Oversee, administrate projects, and distribute as necessary
  • Monitor and prioritize workload taking into consideration deadlines and special instructions
  • Execute special projects from Communications Team
  • Interact professionally and timely with internal service teams via email, phone, and in-person
  • Performs functions of the role within an IMA office more than 50% of the time
You Should Have::
  • 1+ years of professional work experience required
  • Systems skills – Microsoft Office Suite experience required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,), with Adobe Suite and SharePoint experience preferred
  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
